CO-FOUNDER

With 9 years of experience in the Education industry, Shantay has been a college counselor, an elementary school educator, a STEM tutor and a curriculum developer for students K-12.

Shantay began her journey in education as a dedicated SAT tutor, working with students to create and implement successful test prep strategies. To this day, she gives her students the strategy, tips and tricks necessary to consistently improve their scores by an average of 300 points.

In 2021, Shantay founded a homeschooling group using the framework of the existing local curriculum supplemented by project-based lessons that drive long-term success.

Shantay has a certification in college counseling from Rice University, a Bachelor’s in Environmental Biology,and is certified in Teaching English as a Foreign Language.
